About the Will Rogers Community Foundation
Founded by alumni to fill the gap between available funding and the actual needs of our students and educators.
Who We Are
What started in 2010 as a small committee dedicated to honoring distinguished alumni through the Will Rogers Hall of Fame quickly evolved. As we gathered to celebrate the past, we recognized a pressing need to support the future: the current students and teachers walking the same halls.
Since our incorporation as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, the Foundation has grown significantly. Thanks to the generosity of alumni, community partners, and local businesses, we have directed over $500,000 in direct impact toward classroom grants, student scholarships, extracurricular programs, and campus improvements, ensuring every student has the resources they need to succeed.
The Will Rogers Community Foundation invests in the students, programs, and potential of Will Rogers High School — because an educated, supported student body is the foundation of a stronger Tulsa.

Legacy & History
Built in 1939, Will Rogers High School stands as a masterpiece of Art Deco architecture and a cornerstone of Tulsa’s educational history.
Generations of Tulsans have walked these halls, going on to become leaders in business, arts, science, and public service. The Foundation exists to ensure this legacy continues, preserving not just the historic bricks and mortar, but the standard of excellence that happens within.
