Financial Transparency
Where your money goes
We are a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Every dollar donated is publicly accounted for — because your trust is the foundation of everything we do.
The Will Rogers Community Foundation is committed to the highest standards of financial stewardship. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN: 00-0000000), we are required by federal law to publicly disclose our annual Form 990, and we go further — publishing plain-language annual reports so any donor, alumni, or community member can see exactly how funds are received and deployed.
Our board-approved allocation policy ensures that the overwhelming majority of every gift — consistently above 90% — flows directly into programs that benefit Will Rogers High School students and educators. A small, carefully managed portion covers the operational costs necessary to sustain and grow those programs responsibly. We submit our financials for independent review annually and post all documents here for unrestricted public access.
